I just wanted to let you know that I had a great conversation with Tracey last week, and she couldn’t stop raving about how fabulous their holiday was…. The arrangements were perfect, and your suggestions for areas to visit, and hotels were 100% perfect…
Every part of their time in Peru was wonderful and they were very fortunate that the weather was excellent…
Now, of course, they are sorry they didn’t start out a few days earlier!!

I have been meaning to get this off for awhile now…life keeps getting in the way! Anyway, just wanted to let you know that my family group absolutely loved Costa Rica…for those that did the Barcelo Langosta for the 2 week all inclusive did their own excursions and thought the accommodations and the service was great! Nice property….good staff…..clean, comfortable accommodations. A strong 4 star property!
For those of us that did the one week eco tour and one week AI……loved it! We all felt it was the perfect thing to do to see and do a bigger part of Costa Rica. Our guide with Destinations Costa Rica was fabulous….you should seek him out when you can…Julio Vallarreal and our bus driver Alex was exceptional. Both made our trip! I personally would love to go back to see the many places we did not touch…..and for sure many of the group feel the same way!

From the time we were met at the airport in Buenos Aires by the charming Valeria we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable in her company. The city tour we did with her was most enjoyable, she explained everything in detail, answered our many questions and did give us some suggestions as to what we could do, or where we might want to eat when she would not be with us. On the day we left Buenos Aires, we were thankful that Valeria stayed with us at the crowded cruise terminal check-in until we were safely in the hands of the Holland America Reps.
On our arrival at the port of Valparaiso, we were met by our Tour Guide Jacqueline. Although we were a couple hours late getting out of the port area due to traffic congestion, the rest of that day was just fantastic. Jacqueline gave us a great overview of Valparaiso and surrounding area and we especially liked that she was always thinking about how we felt about what we were going to do or see next, and whether there was anything else we would prefer to see. Our lunch at the winery in the Casablanca Valley was amazing, and Jacqueline made sure that we knew where everything was, and only left us to enjoy our lunch once she was sure that we were seated at our table. Our city tour of Santiago with Jacqueline next day was most informative. We ended with lunch at restaurant in a local market suggested by Jacqueline. Our check-in at the Santiago airport was made simple as Jacqueline stayed with us until we had our boarding passes and were in the right check-in line.
We could not have asked for better guides on these land tours and these two ladies, Valeria and Jacqueline are to be commended for their excellent service and attention to detail, making their guests feel confident that they are being well looked after.
